Obsidian Knife on Red Cedar
This unique knife is made using grey sheen Obsidian for the blade paired with a wild Florida hog bone for the handle. It is suspended over a natural piece of Florida Red Cedar by a twisted copper post. The blade is made by Bill using a Flint Knapping technique and he has added scrimshaw to the handle as an accent. The blade measures 1.75×4.5-inches and the length of the knife is 10.5-inches. The overall display measures 11-inches long, by 7-inches wide and 6-inches high.
